The place is pleasant and clean, everything is excellent, it should have higher than 3 star rating.

We had a savoury continental breakfast with lots of meals.

The place was cosy and authentic and the staff were pleasant, the location was unbeatable close to Main Street. The breakfast was tasty with fruit and toast, for example for the made-to-order breakfast.

The hotel was fairly clean based in a Mexican style building with welcoming staff. Brand-new, unique rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. We had a perfect continentalbreakfast included.

Spent our time lovely, breakfast was SUMPTUOUS - great value for the money. Magnificent sand beach was near the hotel. Carpeted room, toiletries and toilet in the room. Pool was very clean too.

The hotel is lush, with a superb breakfast, freshly decorated rooms and a good bed. The outdoor restaurant is fabulous. Moreover, it has fine wi-fi, really handy.

It was an excellent time staying at this ultimate hotel. The room we had was recently renovated on the first floor. A microwave oven and coffee/tea making equipment were nice. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. Took a walk around city center, located at walking distance from the venue.

Ordered breakfast, it was poor, it should be better, really.

It was comfortable time in Playa del Carmen. Considerable personnel, refurbished rooms, ideal location. Fantastic breakfast, impeccable service. I loved extremely perfect bed in the room. There was a super restaurant, stores and a market next door.

Traditional place to stay while in Playa del Carmen. We had views of city.

we truly enjoyed the food and staff of this venue. huge room with a comfortable bed. we liked swimming in a pool too.
